REFUND POLICY
We are proud to stand behind our products and we will do whatever it takes to make your experience a positive one.
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for any reason up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
We also offer a lifetime warranty on all items, so if you believe there is a quality issue with your item, we will provide you with a replacement at our expense.
We never charge any re-stocking fees or penalties for returns; all domestic return shipping is free.
EXCHANGES
We offer unconditional exchanges for any reason for all items returned in salable condition. Items are considered to be in salable condition if they do not show signs of use or damage that prevent us from selling them as new.
REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with the ring within the first 30 days, we are happy to offer a full refund of your purchase for any item returned in saleable condition.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any custom items and shipping costs are not refundable.
